Bulgarian basketball player Kaloyan Ivanov was selected for a second straight time as the most valuable player (MVP) of the round, in Italy’s Lega A.
Ivanov played 31 minutes for his club Avellino in the 85:83 victory over Enel Brindisi. The Bulgarian scored 25 points and won 11 turnovers, becoming the most influential player on the court.
Last week, Ivanov had another outstanding game, with 25 points and 12 turnovers against Bologna.
His team Avellino is currently 10th in the prestigious Italian league, with 6 wins and 6 losses.
