New Delhi: A 21-year-old woman in Worcester, UK, has been jailed for having sex with an eight-year-old boy more than 50 times.
Loren Morris and the boy came into relationship when she was 16-year old and the boy was just 8-year-old.
The boy is now 14-year-old.
Loren was sentenced to a year in prison by Worcester Crown Court on Tuesday.
According to the reports Loren went on to sleep with the boy for more than 50 times in two years.
Loren herself is a mother,she has one child and now she is banned from contact with a child under 16 without the permission of a parent and put on the sex offenders’ register for ten years.
Loren act came into light after the boy was overheard bragging about it at school.
West Mercia police started investigating Loren in March last year after the boy’s school told them that he had been heard bragging about having sex with her.
Reports claim that the boy defended Loren as he stated that Loren stopped having sex with him when she realised it was ‘wrong’.
The judge in the case told Morris that he would be lenient with the sentence - which will see her released from jail after one year - because she ‘realised it was wrong’ and stopped having sex with the boy.
