Top security chiefs and Judiciary have agreed to work on modalities of handling terrorism cases in a 5hr meeting held in Nairobi.
The meeting brought together Defense Cabinet Secretary Rachel Omamo, Interior Ministry CS Joseph ole Lenku, Chief of Kenya Defence Forces Julius  Karangi, CID director Muhoro Ndegwa  Chief Justice Willy Mutunga among others.
The CJ said saying the meeting seeks to increase sharing of information among arms of government especially in handling of terrorism.
“The meeting will address suspicion among the three arms of government,” said Mr Mutunga. The Judiciary has come under attack for being too soft on terror suspects by for instance releasing them on bond.
